Argo Semiconductors Appoints Katsumi Tanoue to Advisory Board to Strengthen 5G Strategy

Argo Semiconductors SA (“ArgoSemi”), a leader in next-generation radio solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Katsumi Tanoue to its Advisory Board. With a distinguished career in the information technology and telecommunications industry, Katsumi Tanoue has played a pivotal role in advancing 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G/NR technologies.

Tanoue has held key leadership positions at NEC, including General Manager of Global Mobile Solutions. He is a recognized figure in the Japanese cellular communications ecosystem and currently serves as Senior Advisor in the Product Development Department of OREX SAI, a joint venture between NTT DoCoMo and NEC, focused on promoting Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) solutions in the global market.
